Yard Rental Rules

• All dogs are to remain leashed on the property until the gate is secured.

• All messes MUST be cleaned up, a hose is available for water bowls and cleaning messes. 

• Please bring your own water bowls and toys. 

• Turn off the hose, take all your belongings and lock the gate when you leave.  

• Please do not allow your dog to dig or pull up on the turf. Damaged or uncleaned messes can result in fines or termination of yard use. 

• Arrive at your scheduled time and ensure you leave by the end of your rental time. Please respect subsequent renters time. 

• All dogs are to have up-to-date vaccinations on file and health at time of rental. 

• Yard rental application is to be signed and completed prior to utilizing the yard

• There is no washroom on site for humans. 

• This yard is under video surveillance. 

• Animal Antics accepts no liability for injuries occurring in our yard. You are responsible for your dog’s safety.
